- 2 large t-bone steaks
- 1 slab rosemary, garlic butter
- Salt and pepper
- Roasted vegetables to serve
- Rosemary stalks
- Fresh garlic
- Rosemary Garlic butter
- 150 g butter
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Let the butter soften slightly and then mix in the rosemary and the crushed garlic, scoop into some clingwrap and create a sausage mold for easy rosemary and garlic butter slicing.
3. Let the t-bone steaks come to room temperature before cooking, heat a steak pan with a slice of rosemary garlic butter until nice and hot.
4. Sear the t-bone steaks until brown on each side. Season accordingly, then add some more butter, 1/2 a garlic, and fresh rosemary, and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until you have your desired cooking texture,
5. Serve the t-bone steak with crispy roasted vegetables and a side salad and enjoy!
