Sticky, Sour, and Sweet Boneless Beef Ribs

Ingredients
• 1kg beef ribs
• 1/3 cup Kimchi juice or Pickle brine of choice
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp white miso paste or Marmite
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1-2 tbsp garlic puree or garlic paste to brush the ribs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the marinade well, and place the ribs in some tin foil on a baking sheet.
3. Lower the heat, then drizzle with oil, garlic puree, salt, and pepper, and cover the ribs to cook for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, drizzle over 3/4 of the marinade over the ribs, cover again for 15 minutes to cook, and then after those 20 minutes, grill the ribs at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve the ribs with crispy potatoes and salad.
