These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the complimentary shuttle service provided for Flavour Festival ticket holders on 9 August 2025. By making use of this service, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
• The shuttle service is exclusively available to ticket holders of the Flavour Festival.
• A valid festival ticket must be presented upon boarding the shuttle. No exceptions will be made.

2. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations
• Designated parking and shuttle pickup points are as follows:
• Road Lodge Parking Area
• The shuttle will transport passengers between these points and the festival venue at Machau River Resort.

3. Shuttle Frequency
• Shuttles will operate on an hourly basis or as soon as a vehicle reaches full capacity.
• The service will run continuously throughout the event day to accommodate attendees traveling to and from the venue.

4. Day-Only Availability
• The shuttle service is only available on the day of the event (9 August 2025).
• It is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure they board the final shuttle returning to Kimberley.
• No alternative transport will be provided should a person miss the last departure.

5. Use at Own Risk
• The shuttle service is provided at the user’s own risk.
• Beefmaster, Malu Pork, and any third-party service providers involved in the operation of the shuttle shall not be held liable for:
• Any loss, damage, or theft of property
• Any injury, personal harm, or in the rare and unfortunate event, death, sustained while using the shuttle service

6. Parking Area Security
• Additional security personnel will be stationed at the designated parking areas throughout the day.
• While security will be present, festival organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or theft from vehicles parked at these locations.

7. Conduct
• All shuttle passengers are expected to behave responsibly and always follow instructions from shuttle staff.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual acting inappropriately or in breach of these terms.

8. Changes and Cancellation
• The festival organisers reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel shuttle services due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

By utilising the Flavour Festival shuttle service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
