Beef Mexican-Style Nachos

Ingredients
• 3-4 corn tortillas
• 1 packet of cheesy corn chips
• 1kg beefmaster beef strips
• Salami or pepperoni rounds
• 1-2 tsp Chili crunch or Mexican-style seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil to fry
• Mozzarella cheese to serve
• Smooth ricotta to serve
• Sliced jalapeños to serve
• Fresh herbs
• Sliced avocado
• Hot honey to serve (mix 1/2
Method
1. Add the oil to a grill pan, then gradually start frying the strips, seasoning with the Mexican seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fry until cooked, nice and tender still.
2. Slice the tortilla wraps into quarters and place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until brown, or deep fry the tortillas until crispy.
3. On the same baking tray, add the beef strips, the corn chips, more beef, cheese, chips, and lastly the salami rounds.
4. Grill the nachos for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until crispy.
5. Serve with dollops of the ricotta, jalapeños, fresh herbs, sliced avocado, drizzles of hot honey, and add the marinara sauce on the side when serving.
