iBeef will gladly replace your order subject to the following:

  • The product has been returned within original packaging. Please note, that no returns will be accepted if the product has been tampered with in any way.
  • The return has been requested before the expiry date of the product.
  • Reason for the return of the product was a defective or sub-standard product.

Please ensure that the person receiving the delivery checks the product he/she has received and that the order is correct. Product will be delivered Frozen. It is your responsibility to keep the product frozen until time of use. A defrosted product that has been left until it spoils, can unfortunately not be returned as it would be a public health and safety concern and might be in breach of the Consumer Protection act.
