When will I receive my order?

Each order is individually packed at the Beefmaster facility in Kimberley before being shipped to its delivery destination.
Our superior cold chain management and advanced cooling technology lock in the freshness and flavour of our products, ensuring that the extra attention to detail is well worth the wait.

Kimberley: All orders placed Monday to Friday will be delivered within 24 hours.

Bloemfontein: Orders are serviced on Wednesdays. All orders received up until Tuesday at 12:00 will be delivered within the same week; otherwise, they will be scheduled for delivery the following Wednesday.

All other areas: Delivery takes between 3 and 6 working days.
